Our hand-knitting process is a delightful dance of yarn and needles, taking approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
It's not just a production timeline; it's an orchestrated performance of creativity and craftsmanship. Your
order isn't rushed; it's given the time it deserves to become a wearable work of art.

Emails, the VIP Pass to Creation:
Imagine your inbox turning into a VIP lounge as soon as you hit that order button. Brace yourself for a
series of emails, each revealing a chapter of your item's creation story. These updates are like sneak

Shipping Symphony:
Our shipping methods are the rhythm section of this symphony. 
Czech & Slovak Shipping: 119Kč with Zasilkova – 3 to 5 working days

Tracking and Delivery Overture:
Once your order takes center stage, we'll send you a confirmation email featuring a tracking number. You
can follow the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's portal.

Customs Cadenza:
No customs duties for EU orders. If you have any shipping questions, our customer support team is ready
to assist you.

Refund Rhapsody:
You have a 14-day window post-delivery to decide if they're your style soulmate. If not, return them in
their original packaging, unworn, unblemished, and stain-free. Remember, you cover the return shipping
cost and any other possible expenses.

While our custom creations are non-refundable due to their unique nature, we've got you covered in
